Located in the historical center of Santa Teresa di Gallura, this new complex consists of restructured apartments on three floors situated around the pleasant enclosed private pool. All accommodations are tastefully refurbished with fine materials with access, as well as from the central entrance, even from the pool by  internal stairs. Also Ideal for more demanding customers, the residence offers a unique privacy but with the advantage of the proximity to the lively town center and the beautiful beach of Rena Bianca.

Newly renovated, are furnished and equipped with Tv, video entryphone, safe and air conditioning (payable locally), balcony or terrace.

Mono A3 - Studio with 3 beds: Living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or double bed and extra bed, bathroom (not fitted with a terrace or balcony).

Mono 3 - Studio with 3 beds: Living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or double bed and extra bed, bathroom, terrace or balcony.

Bilo 4 - 2 room apartment with 4 beds: Living room with kitchenette, double or pull-out sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, terrace or balcony.

Swimming Pool (no lifeguard). In the center of the village there are supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs, bakeries, newsagents, tobacconists, boutiques, pharmacies, medical assistance, piano bars, discos, boat rental, etc.

Sport:
On the beach guests can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, etc..

Check-in/check-out: Saturday-Wednesday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./10 a.m. (min. 1 week).

Free Check-in/check-out: for all stays untill the 16/06 and from the 08/9 ( min. 3 nights)

Night arrivals: all forewarned arrivals outside opening hours, will have a supplement of € 20.00. If the residence is not forewarned guest will be allowed entry only the following day.

Please note! that to enjoy the promotions of the "Advance booking (promo and light)", the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS ( to be paid on site):

Additional charges: Euro 49 per person per week (compulsory over 2 years and entirely due for stays of less than a week) - for consumption of electricity/water/gas, bed linen and towels changed weekly, Tv and safe included in the apartment, access to the pool and final cleaning. (the kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests otherwise there will be an extra charge of 25 €)

Deposit: Euro 150 per apartment.

Use air conditioning: Mono Euro 56 - Bilo Euro 70 per week

Extra bed: 10% surcharge 

Cradle (max. 1 per apartment): Euro 35 per week - (no extra charge for cot bring by costumer)
