Located in the historical center of Santa Teresa di Gallura, this brand new complex consists of restructured apartments on three floors situated around the pleasant enclosed private pool. All accommodations are tastefully refurbished with fine materials with access, as well as from the central entrance, even from the pool by  internal stairs. Also Ideal for more demanding customers, the residence offers a unique privacy but with the advantage of the proximity to the lively town center and the beautiful beach of Rena Bianca.

Swimming Pool (no lifeguard). In the center of the village there are supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs, bakeries, newsagents, tobacconists, boutiques, pharmacies, medical assistance, piano bars, discos, boat rental, etc.
Sport:
On the beach guests can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, etc..

N.B: FOR STAYS "DATE FISSE ( FIXED DATES)" THE SUPPLEMENTS ARE TO BE CALCULATED CONSIDERING THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF NIGHTS OF STAY
N.B: FOR STAYS UNDER A WEEK THE SUPPLEMENTS ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL.
Stays fixed dates: from 5 to 20 pm
Weekly stay: Saturday by 10 am Free for all stays completed by 12/06 and beginning after 11/09 (min. 3 nights).
Deposit: Euro 150 per apartment.

Supplements

ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO BE PAID ON SITE:
Euro 49 per person per week (compulsory over 2 years) - for consumption of electricity/water/gas, bed linen and towels changed weekly, included Tv and safe in the apartment, access to the pool and final cleaning.
Final Cleaning: Included in price.

OPTIONAL SERVICES (request when booking)
Use air conditioning: Mono Euro 56 - Bilo Euro 70 per week
Extra bed: 10% per week
Cot (max. 1 per apartment): Euro 35 per week - (no extra charge for cot bring by costumer)
