THE BUILDING
The Forte Cappellini Residence is placed in a natural area, near the wonderful St. Reparata bay, in front of Capo Testa, area rich in white beaches and granite rocks. The apartaments, very comfortable, are arranged in small buildings on two levels.
The Residence is an ideal base for interesting excursions in north Sardinia.

ACCOMODATIONS:
On two levels, they can be on the first floor or on the ground floor. The interiors have been decorated with good taste and every apartment has private entrance, dishwasher, washingmachine, tv, rooms with low beds, solarium or garden.
Bilo 3 - 2 rooms ap. 3 beds: On the first floor, arranged on two levels with interior staircase, is composed by living room with kithcenette, sofa bed, double room, bathroom, private solarium.
Bilo 4 - 2 rooms ap. 4 beds: On the first floor, arranged on two levels with interior staircase, is composed by living room with kitchenette, twin sofa bed, double room, bathroom, private solarium.
Trilo 6 - 3 rooms ap. 6 beds DS: On the ground or first floor, is composed by living room with kitchenette, fireplace and twin sofa bed, double room, twin room with low beds, two bathrooms, garden or private solarium.

Services & Facilities

FACILITIES:
C/o "Forte Cappellini Sporting Club" bar, music, pizzeria/spaghetteria. In the nearby area of St. Reparata and in the St.Teresa di Gallura town centre (at 3 km) restaurants, pizzerias, mini-markets, self-service, boutiques, pharmacies, discotheques, equipped pier, parking are to be found.
SPORT:
C/o "Forte Cappellini Sporting Club" (from 23/05 to 19/09): equipped swiming-pool for adults and children, tennis courts, mini-golf; various aquatic sports on the beach.

Check in/out for the fixed dates: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./by 10 a.m.
Check-in/check-out: Sunday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./10 a.m. (min. 1 week).
Free Check-in/check-out: for all stays until 13/06 and after 12/09 ( min. 3 nights).

Deposit: Euro 100 per apartment.
