THE RESIDENCE
Lies within the homonymous residential complex, in a panoramic position on the large coastal bays and alternating typical granite coves, about 3 km from Santa Teresa Gallura, opposite the peninsula of Capo Testa. Guests are advised to use their own cars.
SEA
From 200 to 600 meters from the sandy beach, from June to September umbrellas and sunbeds, canoes and pedal boats rentals.

the Apartments Distributed in a few 2-storey buildings, are furnished in a simple and functional way, all with lower beds, washing machine (except type M2), Tv, bathroom with bath or shower and private entrance.
Type M2 - Studio for 2 persons: All on the ground floor they have a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, veranda and small garden. The apartments are divided into 2 floors, with comfortable internal staircases in concrete.
Type B3 - 2 rooms Apartment for 3 persons: Entrance from the first floor hall, small living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double room with balcony, rooftop solarium and small garden.
Type B4 - 2 rooms Apartment for 4 persons: Entrance from the ground floor, Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, patio with barbecue and small garden.
The three-room apartments, all on one level and with a fireplace inside, may be on the ground floor with patio and small garden or first floor with two terraces and rooftop solarium.
Type T6 - 3 rooms Apartment for 6 persons: Spacious living room with sofa bed and kitchenette with a freezer, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room, two bathrooms (one full bathroom and a smaller one with toilet, sink and shower). Possibility of 1 extra bed.

At 500m residential areas, the Juniper Club, on board near the beach, with beautiful sea water swimming pools for adults and children, snack bar and pizzeria with a small restaurant, big screens with satellite Tv.
Club Card (compulsory from 4 years): use swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas till available, mini club 4/12 years, with entertainment and games during the day, swimming lessons, water aerobics, soccer.
In "Capo Testa" 1.5 km, raft trips, quad biking, water skiing, supermarket and restaurants.
In town, all kinds of shops, boat trips to the nearby archipelago of La Maddalena and Lavezzi, boats, bicycles and scooters rental, riding, discos, cinemas, and fitness center.
