MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS (to be paid on site)
Additional charges: Euro 100 type M2/B4 - 120 type T6 until 03/6 and from 9/09 - Euro 100 type M2 - 140 type B4 - 170 type T6 from 03/06 to 09/09 per apartment per week for the use of electricity/water/gas/final cleaning
Final cleaning (kithcenette must be cleaned by guests or Euro 25 will be charged): Included.
Deposit against damage: Euro 200 per apartment
OPTIONAL SERVICES ( to be requested during the reservation and paid on site)
Pets: Euro 50 per week
Bed and bathroom linen: Euro 20 per person per week + deposit of 50 € per apartment.
Additional bed: (only in type B4/T6) Euro 50 fino al 03/06 e dal 09/09 - Euro 100 in other periods per week.
Air Conditioning: Euro 40 unti 08/7 and from 26/08 - E. 80 from 08/07 to 26/08 per apartment and per week.
