THE RESORT
In a unique, unrepeatable position, just a few feet from a wonderful bay of gleaming white sand with rocks sculpted by time and the elements, set against one of the most beautiful natural backdrops in Sardinia. This is a true haven of relaxation and pleasure for couples or families. Amongst the top-notch services offered, a Thalasso and Wellness Centre in an unspoilt natural setting. A Golf Practice Course on the sea shore and Ericaland for the delight of our tiny guests. About 100 m from the hotel (100 - 200 m from the rooms) guests will find the splendid small coves of Valle dell'Erica, some with sun beds reserved for Resort guests. Departure direct from the Resort for excursions to the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago, facing the hotel.

ROOMS:
140 rooms and junior suites, all completely refurbished, between 80 and 200 metres from the sea. All rooms are on the ground floor with independent entrance and furnished in Mediterranean style by professional interior decorators. They have a covered veranda with two lounge chairs (or 2 chairs + a table), en-suite bath with shower and hair dryer, air conditioning and phone, Tv, safe, mini bar and beach towels.

FACILITIES:
Opposite the uninhabited island of Spargi, between Palau and Santa Teresa di Gallura, 54 km to the north of Olbia. About 100 m away, splendid coves, some with sun beds A wonderful seawater pool just a short distance from the sea, with sun beds and an exclusive view. A Thalasso and Fitness Centre, Golf practice course on the sea shore.
CATERING:
Breakfast: (7.30 - 10.30 am) a rich elegant buffet served on our panoramic terraces.
Mediterranean Brunch: (12.30 - 2.00 pm or 1.00 - 2.30 pm according to period) Enjoy a light lunch, but without foregoing the pleasures of the table: a buffet with hot pasta dishes, the Chef's array of cold dishes with grains, pulses and vegetables, plus a wide range of salads, fruit and cheeses; does not include classic meat or fish dishes. The Resort's barmen can provide elegant snacks at all hours (payment required).
Dinner: (7.30 -9.30 pm, 8.00 - 9.45 pm, according to period) served in the main Spargi restaurant, with wide verandas offering a breathtaking view over the Archipelago; rich, elegant buffets to meet all tastes; on the exclusive Barrettini terrace overlooking the sea, the day's catch barbecued and 'taster' menus with table service (booking required, supplement payable). On request, when booking, gluten-free menus. Light menu to be arranged with Fitness Centre staff (booking required, supplement payable).
REMARKS:
Opening of the sea terrace is at the Management's discretion. In the main restaurant, buffet service may be replaced by table service with menus including at least 4 choices.

Giglio room (larger than the Superior room - 27 to 29 sqm + veranda sea view) - inside the Thalasso centre.
Orchidea room (about 34 sqm + veranda sea view) - inside the thalasso centre.
Remarks:
Giglio and Orchidea rooms have free entry to the centre (adults only and during open hours) with "Thalassotherapy & Wellness Circuit" (toning or relaxing) including: cardio-fitness room, multifunction pools, sauna, Turkish bath and relax area.
Communicating rooms
On request communicating rooms (from the veranda), ideal solution for large families.
Mediterranean Brunch
Light buffet lunch including hot pasta dishes, delicious cold vegetable and grain dishes by our chef, and a rich selection of salads, fruit and local cheeses - classic meat and fish courses are not provided.
Guests may book at the reception, in lieu of the Mediterranean Brunch, a "Packet Lunch" or the "Brunch Around" formula.
