THE BUILDING
Placed in one of the most beautiful area of Sardinien, at 5 km from Palau and at 3 km from the exclusive Porto Rafhael. Immersed in a green park, the new complex is facing on the Gabbiani Island, connected to the land by a small sand isthmus.

In a small palace on two levels, near the commerical centre, with tv, balcony. At 400 mt from sea.
1 room ap. M2 beds: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, bathroom.
2 rooms ap. D 4 beds: living room with kitchenette; double sofa bed, two single bed in the bedroom, bathroom.
2 rooms ap. B4 beds: living room with kitchenette, twin or double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
3 rooms ap. T6 beds: as Type B4 with a room with two single beds.

Reception with safe, shoping centre, restaurant, bar, pizzeria.
SPORT:
with charge: tennis courts, private lessons. At 200 mt boats plugs (booking c/o the residence).
CLUB CARD (compulsory over 3 years of age):
Including sunshades and deck-chairs (with daily delivery), acces in two swimming-pools (adults and children 06/06-12/09), tennis/swimm/aquatic gymnastic classes, mini-club 5/11 years of age (at a fixed hour), entertainement with games, showes, cabaret.
Pets
Allowed, not in commun places.
