THE BUILDING
Situated on a promontory, offering a wonderful view on the bay of Porto Pollo, the Residence Il Borgo is at 300/600 mt from the sea and from the sand beach. The residence has been built in the mediterranean style and the apartments are tastefully furnished.

Recently built they have tv plug, garden and/or terrace and/or balcony.
Studio A2 beds: 1 room ap. with living room and kitchenette, sofa bed, bathroom.
Type B2 beds: 2 rooms ap. with living room and kithcenette, double room, bathroom.
Type B4 beds: big 2 rooms ap. with living room and kithcenette, twin sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Type C6 beds: 3 rooms ap. with living room and kitchenette, sofa bed, double room, twin room, bathroom.

FACILITIES:
Near the residence (about 200/1500 mt. away) restaurants, pizzerias; mini-market is approx. at 1500 mt. Basic shops in Palau.
SPORT:
Mountain-bike centre. On the beach: wind-surf, sailing, diving; tennis courts, riding.

Small pets allowed on request with charge.

Check-in/out: Free 5 to 8 p.m./10 a.m. min. a week.

For arrival after 9 pm extra charge of Euro 45.

Deposit: Euro 300 per apartment.
