THE BUILDING
Located in front of a very wonderful beach, the Porto Mannu Residence lies in Capo D'Orso resort, at about 4 km from the town center of Palau. Modern and functional tourist complex, consists of 200 apartments divided between flats elegantly furnished, and newly-built rooms with a distance of min. 50 max 900 mt. from the sea.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Elegantly furnished and located on the ground floor, they're equipped with Tv, phone (except "N" type, and the 8 bedded-villa), safe, equipped patio. "H" and "l" type have independent air conditioning.
N5 type 2-rooms apartment with 5 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom (sea view). Min. 500 max. 700 mt. far from the sea.
I5 type - 2-rooms apartment with 5 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room with extra bed, bathroom. Min. 50 max. 200 mt. far from the sea.
H5 type - 2-rooms apartment with 5 beds: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room with double sofa bed (sometimes raised 5th bed), bathroom. Almost of all with sea view. Min. 250 max. 350 mt. far from the sea.
L5 type - 2-rooms apartment with 5 beds: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, with elevated extra bed. In panoramic position min. 800 max. 900 mt. from the sea.
I7 type - 3-rooms apartment with 7 beds: living room with kitchenette e double sofa bed, double room with an extra single bed, tween-bedded room, bathroom. min. 100 max. 200 mt. from the sea.
L7 type - 3-rooms apartment with 7 beds: living room with kitchenette with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, double room, room with two bunk beds, bathroom. 800 mt. far from the sea.
Villa "I Cormorani" T 7 - 3-rooms apartment with 7 beds: consists of living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, 2 double rooms, one of which with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. Washing-machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, Tv, telephone and safe. Equipped patio. In panoramic position at 700 mt. from the sea. Almost of all view sea.
Villa D8 with 8 beds - 4-rooms apartment: consists of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed with dishwasher,washing-machine three bed rooms, 2 bathrooms (telephone not available). Min. 400 max. 600 mt. far from the sea.
The occupancy is strictly limited to the number of beds available.

FACILITIES:
From 29/05 to 25/09 bar-confectioner's with craftmade cakes and pizza, restaurant with buffet service, equipped also for take away meals, with wide choice among horsd'oeuvres, first and second hot and cold dishes, fruit and cake; bathing facilities to be reserved with charge as long as they last. From 12/06 to 11/09 free services of diurnal entertainment and evening musical shows.
With charge: boat place in floating wharf for mooring (as far as they last)
SPORT:
Two swimming pools with sea water. Beach volley. New Diving-center "Atlantis" inside the residence. By boat trips to the Archipelago of The Maddalena available on site.

Small pets allowed with charge.

1 LUNCH OR 1 DINNER FREE: (except 15/8) for reservations confirmed within the 30/4

Check-in/out: Saturday 5-8 p.m./10 am. (min. 1 week)
Periods until 26/06 and from 11/09: free check-in/out (min. 1 settimana).

Deposit: Euro 100 per apartment.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas, bed and bathroom linen with weekly change: Euro 40 a persona a settimana
