RESIDENCE
Newly built residential complex, located near the center, in a quiet and panoramic position, about 1 km from the port. It is advised to use their own cars.

The nearest beach is about 300 meters, a few minutes drive to the beautiful beaches, bays and coves with crystal clear waters that characterize the island: every day, from the port, departure point for excursions by boat in the Marine Park.

Distributed in four 3 storey buildings, with lift, are furnished in Sardinian style and have air conditioning, Tv, bathroom with shower, balcony or small garden, some sea view.
Type B2 - 2 rooms apartment for 2: Living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and services.
Type B4 - 2 rooms apartment for 4: As type B2, with double sofa bed in the living room.
Type T6 - 3 rooms apartment for 6: Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, room with twin or bunk beds, bathroom.
Type T62S - 3 rooms apartment for 6: As the type T6, with two bathrooms.

SERVICES
Private unattended parking, nearby shops, bars and restaurants.
SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT
In country clubs, nightspots, shops of all kind, diving center and sailing school, mooring rafts and boats rental.

Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette) € 60 Type B - € 70 Type T. (kitchen must be clean or guest will be charged extra € 45).

Bath towels: Euro 7 per person per week.
