Placed at the entry of the characteristic village of Cannigione the complex is marked by the typical granite stone where the name of the residence is sculpted. Constituted by 2-storied terraced, this complex overlooks on a big internal park-garden and it is far about 300 meters from the tourist harbour and the beach of the Sciumara.

Flats form 2-storey terraced dipped in the green of a private park and furnished in a simple but functional way, have independent entrance, terrace on the first floor or garden on the ground floor.
Mono 2 beds: living room with kitchenette and 2 foldaway beds, bathroom.
Bilo 3 beds: living room with kitchenette and 1 foldaway bed, double room and bathroom.
Trilo 4/5 beds: living room with kitchenette and 1 foldaway bed, double room, room with bunk beds, bathroom.
