THE BUILDING
The flats are placed Between Cannigione and Laconia In The Gulf Of Arzachena, at few kilometers from the Smeralda Cost and Baia Sardinia. Olbia Harbour and airport 30 km, Golfo Aranci harbour 35 km. The flats are minimum 100 maximum 1.000 meters far from the small coves of sand and rocks and the beach of Cannigione, while the villas 150 meters.

Placed in various buildings they are all equipped with balcony, terrace or garden. The independent villas are all with veranda, equipped garden with sea view, barbecue and car place.
