Residence Cala Di Falco Resort
THE BUILDING
Facing directlly on sea, of which it is separated from a street, at 300 mt from the beach and at 500 mt from the turistic pier, the Cala di Falco complex is placed near the most famous localities of Costa Smeralda.
The new complex is immersed in a mediterranean undergrowth, it offers the possibility of two holidays' types:
Residence La Rotonda with accomodation in appartments with all comforts.
And Hotel Il Borgo e La Rotonda with accomodation in elegant rooms.

ROOMS:
Furnished in local style, they have direct dial telephone, mini-bar, Tv Sat, safe, air conditioning, bathroom with hair-dryer, equipped terrace or balcony. They are divided in:
Standard Double: Room with one double bed or twin beds, for 2 adults (not cot allowed)
Double Rotonda: Room with one double bed or twin beds, for 2 adults (not cot allowed)
Deluxe: Double or twin bedded room with a sofa bed. For 2 adults with the possibility of a 3rd person a child until 17 years old.
Junior Suite: Elegant superior room, with one double bed or twin beds plus a living room area, with a single sofa bed. Can host up to 3 adults (1 child until 17 years old ) plus an infant (extra cot is allowed).
Suite: One double or twin bedroom plus a separate living room, with 2 single sofa beds. Accommodates up to two adults + 2 children until 17 years old and infant with cot .
Senior suite: Like the Suite but with an extra room with two single beds. Accommodates four adults and 2 children until 17 years old.
Services & Facilities
FACILITIES:
Reception open every day 24,00 h, restaurant "La Poiana" and "La Terrazza Grill" (with fish/greens/meat specialities), bar, play room, meeting room, children's playground, private parking, outdoor theatre.
Included in Club Card (compulsory): welcome drink, mini-club for children 4/14 years old, entertainement (from 19/06 to 10/09 from 09.00-13.00 and 15.00-18.30) with games, evening showes and music, dance school; gymnassium.
SPORT:
Included: two swimming-pools, one with sunshades and deck-chairs with bathing-attendant's service, the other only with deck-chairs, tennis court, volleyball, bowls, ping-pong, aerobic, trekking, footing, tennis/swim/canoe courses.
Pets
Not allowed.
