THE BUILDING
The residence Pineta Uno is placed in the pine-wood at the entrance of Baia Sardinia, a few mt from the main beach. It is composed by 13 apartaments, all equipped with elegant furnitures and modern comforts. The village of Baia Sardinia offers wonderful beaches and every kind of facilities. Sea: 250 mt. - Centre: 300 mt. - Port/Airport: 35 km (Olbia)
Rooms/Apartments
APARTMENTS:
Spacious and well-appointed, they can be on ground floor or first floor, with Patio or balcony equipped with table and chairs. they have: tv color, direct dial telephone, dishwasher and washing machine.
Mono 2: on the first floor, composed by living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom, terrace. no extra bed available. (washing machine not available).
Trilo 4: big living room, kitchen, double room, twin room (sometimes with bunk beds), bathroom, terrace. They can be on the ground floor, sometimes distributed internally on two floors connected by stairway, with patio equipped with table and chairs or on the first floor with balcony equipped with chairs, no extra bed available.
Quadri 5 DS: distributed on two floors connected by a comfortable staircases. large living room, kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with twin beds, single room, two bathrooms, patio and terrace, extra bed not available.
Quadri 6 DS: can be distributed internally on two floors connected by a comfortable staircase and consist of a large living room, separate kitchen, double bedroom, two bedrooms with 2 twin beds or sometimes one of them with bunk beds), two bathrooms, patio or terrace; extra bed not available.

FACILITIES:
Reception, parking. Near the hotel, in the town center of Baia Sardinia supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, discos, and so on.
SPORT:
Possibility of practising different kind of sports as well as golf at the famous Pevero Golf Club (15 km away). Acquatic sport, wind-surf school on the beach.

*The Prices in the first table are to be considered per week per apartment, the ones in the second table are per apartment for the 10/11 fixed days
N.B: for stays "date fisse ( fixed dates)" the supplements are to be calculated considering the actual number of nights indicated on the price list.
Check in/out for the fixed dates: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./by 10 a.m.
Check-in/check-out: Saturday-Wednesday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./10 a.m. (min. 1 week).
Free Check-in/check-out: for all stays until 11/06 and after 10/09 ( min. 3 nights)
Supplements
