THE BUILDING
This refined residence is 100 mt from Marina Nuova, 300 mt from the Marina beach and 900 mt from Cala Granu beach. It is composed by apartaments on different floors, all around the swimming-pool.

APARTMENTS:
All with direct dial telephone, tv color, safe, (on request to pay). Sometimes apartments have air conditioning (on request to pay). In the apartments the number of people can't surpass the number of beds (this is valid for the cradle,too).
1 room ap. 3 beds (M2): living room with kitchenette and three single beds or double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, bathroom.
2 rooms ap 4 beds (B4): living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or single sofa beds, double room, bathroom.
3 rooms ap. 5 beds (T4): living room with kitchenette, single sofa bed, double room, room with two single beds, bathroom.
3 rooms ap.6 beds (T5): like 3 rooms ap. 5 beds, with twin sofa bed or double sofa bed in the living room.

FACILITIES:
Snack-bar and restaurant, parking and coin laundry. In Porto Cervo Marina (200 mt) there are market, pizzerias, restuarants, boutiques and different magazines.
SPORT:
Swiming-pool (02/06-03/10). Near the residence possibility of different sport.

50% DISCOUNT on the 2nd week for stays until 19/06 and after 11/09.
10% DISCOUNT for the week 24/07-31/07 if combined with the previous or next.
20% DISCOUNT for the week 21/08 28/08 if combined with the previous or next.

Check-in/check-out: saturday h 5-8 p.m./h 10,00.
In periods "F" holiday must be combined with the previous or the next one.

Deposit: Euro 300 per apartment

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)

Use of electricity/water/gas/bed linen with weekly change/bath linen with change every 2 weeks/final cleaning: Euro 80 per person per week - (compulsory over 2 years of age)

Final cleaning (Guets must clean kitchenette or a supplement of Euro 52 will be charged): Included
