Check-in: Saturday 5-8 pm / Check-out: by 9 am (min. 1 week).

For arrivals between 7 and 11 at night clients have to warn the Residence at least 72 hours beforehand and pay an extra charge of 30 euro.

The Residence doesn't do check in after 11 pm and the clients will be welcomed the day after.

Included in the price: electricity, gas and water .

Deposit: Euro € 300 Refunds at end of stay upon check of the apartment.


OPTIONAL SERVICES (request when booking and to be paid on site upon check-in):

Air conditioning: Euro 75 per week.

Bed linen and towels: Euro 18 per change.

Safe: Euro 15 per week.

Cot (max. 1 per apartment): Euro 15 per week (compulsory over the maximum number of occupants).
