THE BUILDING
At a short distance from the town center and the harbour, bordering with a luxuriant green park. Olbia Harbour / airport and Golfo Aranci harbour at 12 km. The beach is far from 300 to 600 mt; beach umbrellas and sun beds with charge.

Placed in two floors buildings and dipped in a wide garden, have Tv, veranda or balcony.
Type M2 - 1-room apartment with 2 beds: living room with kitchenette e double sofa bed, bathroom.
Type B4 – 2-rooms apartment with 4 beds: living room with kitchenette with double sofa bed or 2 single beds, double room, bathroom.
Type T6 – 3-rooms apartment with 6 beds: living room with kitchenette with double sofa bed or 2 single beds, double room, small room with bunk beds, bathroom.
Type Q7 - 4-rooms apartment with 7 beds: like the 3-rooms apartment with a single room or with an extra bunk bed.
The occupancy is strictly limited to the number of beds available, also in case of children, which the cradle is request for.
