THE BUILDING
The residence rises close to the center of Porto Rotondo, 400 mt far from the tourist harbour. Olbia airport/harbour and Golfo Aranci harbour at 17 km.
SEA:
At about 300 mt from the equipped beach (beach services with charge).

ACCOMODATIONS:
Arranged in 2 storey buildings and surrounded by well-kept gardens, are well furnished and have telephone, Tv, bladed fan, terrace or balcony.
Tipo M2 - 1-room apart. with 2 beds: living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa beds, bathroom.
Tipo B4 - 2-room apart. with 2 beds: living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa beds, double room, bathroom.
Check-in is expected for 18.00 o'clock of the day of arrival.

FACILITIES:
Shopping center with restaurants, pizzeria, bars, coin laundry, supermarket and various shops. Left luggage, unattended car park.
SPORT:
At disposal of guests swimming pool and playground for children. In the neighbourhood, with charge: riding, tennis courts, rubber dinghies rent, discotheques.

Check-in/out: Saturday 6-8 p.m./10 a.m. (min. 1 week)

07-21/08 and 06-20/08 compulsory

Deposit: Euro 160 per apartment.
