THE BUILDING
Placed inside the Rudargia residential complex, at a short way away from the town center and harbour. Olbia Harbour / airport and Golfo Aranci harbour at 12 km. Bathing facilities (with charge) at about 600 mt.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Arranged in terraced 1 or 2 floors houses, they're well furnished and all have Tv,  telephone, fan, balcony or covered veranda.
Type M2 – 1-room apartment with 2 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom. Groundfloor.
Type B3 - 2-room apartment with 3 beds: living room with kitchenette with sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Type B4 - 2-room apartment with 4 beds: living room with kitchenette with double foldaway sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Type B5 - 2-room apartment with 5 beds: spacious living room with kitchenette, double foldaway sofa bed and single sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Type T6 - 3-room apartment with 6 beds: living room with kitchenette with double foldaway sofa bed, double room, small room with bunk beds, bathroom.
Type Q7 - 3-room apartment with 7 beds: like the T type, with a one-bedded room or with an extra bunk bed. For stays longer than 1 week, a change of flat could be considered.
The occupancy is strictly limited to the number of beds available, also in case of children, which the cradle is request for.

FACILITIES:
Use of all facilities of the Rudargia complex; automatic laundry, parcheggio unattended car park.
SPORT:
Swimming pool (from 05/6 to 25/9), 2 tennis courts (with charge), surf and rubber dinghies for rent; discotheques and meeting places in the vicinity

Check-in/out: Saturday/Saturday or Sunday/Sunday 5-8 p.m./10 am (min. 1 week)

Deposit: Euro 150 per apartment.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas, bed and bathroom linen, final cleaning: E. 135 type M2 -145 type B3 - 160 type B4 - 165 type B5 - 185 type T6 205 type D7, per apartment per week
Final Cleaning (kithcenette must be cleaned by guests or Euro 50 will be charged): included in rates - see above -
