Residence Il Borgo Di Punta Marana
THE BUILDING
The Borgo di Punta Marana is a brand new complex situated in the locality of Punta Marana, at a short distance from the sea, the touristic port and the many commercial and sport facilities. The structure consists of buildings connected with one another with porches in terracotta, granite and good quality wood, surrounding the characteristic little square where a small and fascinating church is to be found. The area is characterized by an alternation of sandy coves and rocks, connected by pathways amidst a typical Mediteranean vegetation; opposite there is the beautiful Gulf of Marinella with the famous white sandy beach.In the beach area closer to the Residence private beach service area with umbrellas and sunbeds for guests. A short path through walkways placed between granite and typical Mediterranean vegetation, leads to another small sandy beach reserved for the residence's guests with umbrellas and deck chairs available (the bathing facilities are open from 05/06 to 18/09).

Rooms/Apartments
APARTMENTS:
Situated on ground floor with patio and garden or on first floor with veranda or covered terrace, well furnished, equipped with Tv, washing machine, dishwasher, rooms always with low beds (not bunk beds). All the apartments are provided with patio or terrace equipped to have outdoor meals.
VIP APARTMENTS:
The apartments are designed with features of great value and excellent finishing, situated into three new, exclusive and prestigious buildings. they can be on the ground floor with patio and garden or on the first floor with a veranda and amazing view over the Gulf of Marinella. Carefully furnished they have Tv, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning (included in rates), rooms always with low beds (not bunks), table and chairs for outdoor use.
Type Mono 3: spacious living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, single sofa bed, bathroom.
Type Mono 3 Vip: spacious living room with kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed, single sofa bed, bathroom.
Type Bilo A4: slightly smaller than the other Bilo, they have living room with kitchenette, two single sofa beds, double room, bathroom, patio or terrace smaller than the others.
Type Bilo 4/Bilo 4Vip: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or two single sofa beds, double room, bathroom, patio or terrace.
Type Bilo 4DS: like B4 beds but with two bathrooms.
Type Trilo 6/Trilo 6 vip: spacious living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or two single sofa beds, double room, twin room, bathroom, patio or terrace.
Type Trilo 6DS/Trilo 6 DS Vip: like Trilo 6 beds but with two bathrooms.
Services & Facilities
FACILITIES:
reception, bar, bazaar/newspapers/tobacco shop,Unattended car park, church, market and other business activities (open from about mid-May to late September). At about 200 mt., In the port of Marana, are located, restaurant, ice cream parlor, hairdresser, handicrafts, medical, and boats. 150 meters from the Residence you can find the "Hollywood Beach" (admission for a fee), restaurant/pizzeria, music bar, swimming pool for adults and children with sea water, umbrellas and sunbeds, which is not managed by the Residence and therefore, dates, or opening hours can't be guaranteed by it.
SPORT:
In the Club of Punta Marana, at about 100 mt, you can find swimming pool for adults and for children. In addition, at about 250 mt, there are brand new multi-purpose illuminated fields (tennis and five-a-side football) with synthetic grass.

Check in/out for the fixed dates: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./by 10 a.m.
Check-in/check-out: Sunday-Wednesday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./10 a.m. (min. 1 week).
Free Check-in/check-out: for all stays until 11/06 and after 10/09 ( min. 3 nights)
Supplements
MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas, bed/bathroom linen with weekly change, final cleaning, Tv washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment, 15% discount on the tennis court and football pitch and beach service ( 1 sunshade and 2 sunbeds or deckchairs per apartment): Euro 63 per person per week ( untill the 05/06 and after the 18/09) - Euro 77 ( from the 05/06 to the 18/09) (compulsory over 2 years of age and entirely due for stays of less than a week)
Deposit: Euro 100 per apartment
