LOCATION
50/300 mt from the sandy and rocky small beaches, 800 mt from the large white sandy beach of "Marinella", 3 km from Porto Rotondo and 20 km from Porto Cervo.

ACCOMODATIONS:
The apartments are located in the main building or in 2-storey blocks; some in a nearby villa Antonina with swimming-pool and private garden are equipped with Tv and air conditioning.
TYPE M3 - studio apartment for 2/3 persons: living room with single and double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom.
TYPE B4 - 1 bedroom apartment for 4 persons: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
TYPE T6 - 2 bedroom apartment for 6 persons: as above with extra bedroom.

FACILITIES & SPORT
Bar, restaurant, pizzeria, market, parking and, from May to September mini-club (4/12 years). Swimming pool, tennis and football courts, scuba diving and windurf school, horseback riding and boat rental available at local charge.

DISCOUNT 50% in period A for min. 2 weeks.
DISCOUNT 20% in period B for min. 2 weeks.

Check-in/out: Saturday 5-8 p.m./9.30 am. (min. 1 week)
The weeks of period «M» must be combined with the period previous or next one.

Deposit: Euro 150 per apartment.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas, bed and bathroom linen with weekly change: Euro 45 per person per week (compulsory over 4 years of age)
Final Cleaning (kithcenette must be cleaned by guests or Euro 30 will be charged): Euro 55 type M3 - E. 65 type B4 - E. 70 type T6.
