The complex is constituted by 2/3 storey houses at about 3 km from Porto Rotondo. Olbia Harbour/airport 15 km, Golfo Aranci Harbour 5 km. 250 mt far from the wonderful Marinella beach, reachable through flat paths across the typical Mediterranean vegetation. Possibility to rent deckchairs and beach umbrellas.

Distributed in 3 storey buildings the Apartments are all furnished according the owner's taste, almost all with balcony or veranda. Available Apartments Superior, elegantly furnished, all with air conditioning, Tv and washing machine and dishwasher, except for the studio.

Bilo 3 - 2 rooms Ap. with 3 bed places: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

Bilo 4 - 2 rooms Ap. with 4 bed places: large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

Trilo 4 + 1 Mansardato - 3 rooms Attic Ap. with 4 + 1 bed places: top floor  attic apartment with living room and kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom. Possibility of extra bed in the living room.

Trilo 4 + 1 - 3 rooms Ap with 4 + 1 bed places: living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single or bunk beds, bathroom. Possibility of extra bed in the living room.

Trilo 4 + 2 - 3 rooms Ap. with 4 + 2 bed places: as with Trilo 4 + 1, but with two bathrooms and the possibility of 2 extra beds.

Quadri 6 + 2 - 4 rooms Ap. with 6 + 2 bed places: living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds or bunk beds, possibility of 2 extra beds in the living room or loft, two bathrooms.
