Residence Capo Ceraso Resort
The complex is positioned on a promontory overlooking the very beautiful bay in front of the islands Molara and Tavolara, at about 500 mt from sand coves spaced out by rocky zones, reachable on foot or with shuttle service.

Arranged in 8 independent 1 or 2-floors buildings, they have Tv, car place, patio, garden and equipped covered veranda. They are divided into 2 typologies: Standard Flat furnished and equipped according to the taste of the owners and Top recently renovated and refurnished, equipped with air conditioned, washing machine and safe.
Standard:
Type B3 - 2 rooms apartments with 3 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Type B4 - 2 rooms apartments with 4 beds: living room with kitchenette and double or tween sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Type T6 - 3 rooms apartments with 6 beds: living room with kitchenette and double or tween sofa bed, double room, room with double sofa bed or bunk beds, bathroom.

Services & Facilities
Inside the complex: bar by the swimming pool from June to September, restaurant with agreement in the sea zone, uncovered car park (covered with charge, as long as they last); market and various shops at about 3 km.
SPORT:
With the payment of the Club Card (compulsory over 3 years, from 29/5 to 11/9) collective tennis courses, beach-volley, mini-club for 3/13 years old children and Junior Club for 13/18 years old children, use of swimming pool and tennis courts (diurnal use), evening entertainment with games, shows and piano-bar.
With charge: beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sun beds on the beach, use of tennis courts by night, windsurf and little boats rental.
Pets
Small pets allowed with charge.

Use of electricity/water/gas/Bed and bathroom linen: € 35 per person per week. € 28,00 per child 3/12 years. (compulsory over 2 years of age )
Club Card: € 21 until 26/06 and from 28/08 - € 42 other periods per week per person
Final Cleaning (kithcenette must be cleaned by guests or Euro 60 will be charged): € 65 in bilo - € 70 trilo.
Deposit: € 200 per apartment.
