APARTMENTS
The apartments Li Cuncheddi are situated between 400 and 600 mt. from the sea and the beach, in a panoramic position in a residential complex on the headland of Capo Ceraso. The apartments are surrounded by gardens with many plants and flowers and are provided with all the main facilities that make a pleasant holiday.
Sea: from 400 to 600 meters, sandy beach.
Town Centre: 10 km. Airport: Olbia 8 km - Port: Olbia 10 km.

All with a wonderful view of the sea (excluding 1room ap. 2/3 and 3room ap. 6S), situated either on ground floor with garden or on first floor with terrace. Furnished following the owners' personal taste, equipped with Tv and washing machine.
M2 - Studio ap. 2 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom (without view of the sea)
M3S - Studio ap. 3 beds: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, single sofa bed, bathroom (without view of the sea).
B4 - 2 room ap. 4 beds: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
B4S - 2 room ap. 4 beds: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, bathroom (without view of the sea).
T6S - 3 room ap. 6 beds: living room with kitchenette and two beds, double room, twin room (sometimes with bunk beds), bathroom (without view of the sea).
T6 - 3 room ap. 6 beds S: like the 3room ap. 6 but without view of the sea.
T7 - 3 room ap. 7 beds: living room with kitchenette and one or two beds, double room, small room with one or two beds (sometimes bunk beds), hanging loft or tavern (room on ground floor with independent entrance) with one or two beds, two bathrooms.
Q6 - 4 room ap. 6 beds: living room with kitchenette, double room, twin room, room with two beds (sometimes bunk beds), two or three bathrooms.
Services & Facilities
Assistance centre, unguarded car park. Beach service with with 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds from 15/06 to 15/09 (included in rates). On request laundry service, maid and baby-sitter. At about 3 km supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerie, bars, tobacconist's, kiosk, etc. In the town centre of Olbia many facilities are to be found.
SPORT:
Swimming pool with sea water from 15/06 to 15/09, bowling, five-a-side football, volleyball, tennis in day time and at night with charge. Various aquatic sports on the beach.
Pets
Small pets allowed with charge.
