THE BUILDING
The Residence Baia Salinedda is situated in a quiet position, only 350 mt from the long sandy beach, which you can reach through a pathway without crossing roads. The complex, immersed in a private park with Mediterranean vegetation, consists of 56 little villas located in small one floor-constructions with a wonderful view of the bay and of the famous beach of Brandinchi.

APARTMENTS:
Situated in small one floor-buildings in a private park. Furnished in a functional way, they have covered terrace equipped with table and chairs and private garden with sunbeds and deckchairs.
2 room ap. 4 beds B4: living room with two sofa beds, dining area, separate kitchen, twin or double room, bathroom, covered equipped terrace, garden.
3 room ap. 6 beds T6: living room with kitchenette and two sofa beds, twin or double rooms, room with bunk beds, second external kitchenette, bathroom, covered equipped terrace, garden.

FACILITIES:
reception, snack-bar, private car park, safe, barbecue, Internet point, small children's playground, 1 beach umbrella and 2 deckchairs to take on the beach. In Porto Coda Cavallo many facilities are to be found. At 600 mt minimarket and health centre. SPORT:
At 300 mt scuba diving school with P.A.D.I centre, guided immersions, tennis. In addition bike rental.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas, bed and bathroom linen with weekly change (per person per week): Free for apartments taken by 2 persons only. E. 35 adults - E. 15 children up to 6 years old (E. 20 adults and free for children up to 6 years old if linen will be brought by guests)
Final cleaning (kithcenette must be cleaned by guests or Euro 25 will be charged): Euro 60 2room ap. - Euro 70 3room ap.
