THE BUILDING
Elegant complex situated in a wonderful protected area. The residence has been built respecting the natural habit, using white granitic rock, pink stone, terracotta and wood; the apartments are arranged in little terraced villas on one or two levels.

APARTMENTS:
At a distance of 200 to 500 mt from the sea, some have terrace, veranda or communal garden (some are equipped with air conditioning - on request with charge), some have sea view.
1 room ap. 2 beds M2: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom.
2 room ap. 4 beds B4: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
3 room ap. 6 beds T6: like the 2room ap. 4 with an additional room with double or bunk beds.
4 room ap. 8 beds Q8: like the 2room ap. 4 with an additional room with double or bunk beds, 2 bathrooms.

FACILITIES:
Supermarket, restaurant-pizzeria, bar, boutique, jewellery shop, ice cream parlour, hairdresser, beautician, shops, video arcade, baby-sitting service (on request), Tv hire. On the beach sunumbrellas and deckchairs to hire. Health centre at about 10 km at the Village San teodoro. Dock for boats.
SPORT:
Sport centre with 3 tennis courts, swimming-pool, five-a-side football field, swimming school, practising golf course.

Small pets allowed with charge.

Check-in/out: Saturday 6 p.m. to 8 p.m./10 a.m.

Deposit: Euro 250 per apartment.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas: E. 20 per person per week (compulsory over 3 years of age)
Bed and Bath linen with weekly change (compulsory): E. 20 per person per week.
Final cleaning (kitchenette must be cleaned by guests or Euro 30 will be charged): E. 55 type M2/M2TOP - E. 66 type B4/B4TOP - E. 77 type T6 - E. 90 type Q8.
