THE BUILDING
The residence L'Arcobaleno is a recently built structure consisting of only 18 apartments, situated in a quiet area, at a short distance from the beautiful white beach "La Cinta". The residence offers lovely apartments with functional and simple modern style decor. The apartments are distributed between the ground floor and first floor.

In San Teodoro possibility of practising five-a-side football, tennis, horse riding, etc. On the beach windsurf, canoes, beachvolley, renting of pedal boats, etc.

N.B: for stays "date fisse ( fixed dates)" the supplements are to be calculated considering the actual number of nights indicated on the price list.
Check in/out for the fixed dates: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./by 10 a.m.
Check-in/check-out: Saturday-Wednesday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./10 a.m. (min. 1 week).
Free Check-in/check-out: for all stays until 11/06 and after 10/09 ( min. 3 nights).
Supplements
MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas/final cleaning - (compulsory over 2 years of age and entirely due for stays of less than a week): Euro 35 per person per week
Final Cleaning: (kithcnette must be cleaned by guests or Euro 30 will be charged)
