THE BUILDING
The Residence Oasi is a recently built complex situated in privileged position, halfway between the famous beach "La Cinta" and the town centre, in a quiet and secluded area. Surrounded by large green areas, the residence consists of apartments situated on ground or first floor, finished in an excellent way and located in small complexes in a large area where well-kept gardens alternate with pretty illuminated pathways. Oasi Blu: they are two very recent buildings that group together 5/6 spacious and well-kept apartments, furnished with taste and elegance.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Furnished with taste and in a functional way, spacious, provided with private garden if on ground floor, or with balcony if on first floor, always equipped with table and chairs to have outdoor meals; the "Apartments Blu" have independent entrances, Tv, washing machine, patio with garden or covered veranda, always equipped with table and chairs. Both are equipped with rooms always with low beds.

3 room ap. 6 beds (Trilo 6): large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, twin room, bathroom.
4 room ap. 8 beds (Quadri 8): internally situated on two floors. On the ground floor large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, twin room, bathroom, covered veranda, garden. On the first floor double room and equipped balcony.
3 room ap. 6 beds Vip (Trilo 6 Blu): like 3room ap. 6 beds
4 room ap. 8 beds Vip (Quadri 8 Blu): internally situated on two floors. On the ground floor living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom. On the first floor double room, two rwin rooms, bathroom, covered veranda.
Services & Facilities
FACILITIES:
Car park. In the town centre of San Teodoro you can find all the main facilities, such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerie, bars, ice cream parlours, kiosks, boutiques, pharmacies, doctor, piano bar, discotheques, boat rental.
SPORT:
Tennis court (with charge). In the town centre of San Teodoro five-a-side football fields, volleyball, bowling. On the beach possibility of practising various aquatic sports.
Pets
Small pets allowed (excluding Oasi Vip) with charge.

*The Prices in the first table are to be considered per week per apartment, the ones in the second table are per apartment for the 10/11 fixed days
N.B: for stays "date fisse ( fixed dates)" the supplements are to be calculated considering the actual number of nights indicated on the price list.
Check in/out for the fixed dates: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./by 10 a.m.
Check-in/check-out: Saturday-Wednesday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./10 a.m. (min. 1 week).
Free Check-in/check-out: for all stays until 11/06 and after 10/09 ( min. 3 nights).
Supplements
MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas/final cleaning - (compulsory over 2 years of age and entirely due for stays of less than a week): Euro 35 per person per week.
Final Cleaning (kithcenette must be cleaned by guests or Euro 30 will be charged): Included.
Deposit: Euro 100 per apartment
