THE BUILDING
Composed by two groupes of near buildings, the complex is situated in especially favourable and quiet position: it is, in fact, between the town center, reachable on foot, and where all the main services are provided, and a short way from the very beautiful beach called "La Cinta". All flats, furnished in a functional and modern way, are inserted between pleasant green spaces, and located on the ground or first floor.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Flats can be arranged on one or two levels, furnished in a functional and modern way and disposed on the ground floor with veranda or the first floor with covered balcony, always equipped with table and chairs to take meals outside.
Mono 4 - 1 room apartments with 3 beds: Inside arranged on two levels; on the ground floor living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom; masonry hanging loft with double bed.
Bilo 3/4 - 2 rooms apartments with 3/4 beds: inside arranged on one level; living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Bilo 5 - 2 rooms apartments with 5 beds: inside arranged on two levels; on the ground floor living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed; on the first floor double room, small room with single bed, bathroom
Services & Facilities
FACILITIES:
Car park next to the residence. In the immediate vicinity of the residence market, restaurants, pizzerie, bar, tobacconists', kiosks, chemist's, discotheques, etc..
SPORT:
In San Teodoro possibility to practise five-a-side football, tennis, riding, etc. On the beach: beach umbrella, deckchairs and sunbeds for rent besides aquatic sports, windsurf, canoe, beach volley, etc..
Pets
Small pets allowed with charge.

N.B: FOR STAYS "DATE FISSE ( FIXED DATES)" THE SUPPLEMENTS ARE TO BE CALCULATED CONSIDERING THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF NIGHTS INDICATED ON THE PRICE LIST.
Check in/out for the fixed dates: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./by 10 a.m.
Check-in/check-out: Saturday-Wednesday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./10 a.m. (min. 1 week).
Free Check-in/check-out: for all stays until 11/06 and after 10/09 ( min. 3 nights).

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas/final cleaning - (compulsory over 2 years of age and entirely due for stays of less than a week): Euro 35 per person per week.
