THE BUILDING
The Residence Le Terrazze is a complex of terraced apartments situated in a panoramic position near the beach of Cala d'Ambra. The apartments are near the sea, easy to reach along a pathway, and in proximity to the town centre of San Teodoro, where all kinds of facilities are to be found.

ACCOMODATIONS:
furnished in simple and functional way they're equipped with modern furniture, Tv and washing machine. All the flats are on the ground floor, or the first floor always with equipped veranda or terrace with table and chairs for having meals outside.
B4 - 2-rooms apartment with 4 beds: on the ground floor, with covered veranda, doors and windows looking towards the sea, they consists of living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
T6 - 3-rooms apartment with 6 beds: on the first floor with wonderful sea view, and eqipped terrace, they consists of living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed, double room, smaller room with bunk beds, bathroom.

FACILITIES:
In the town centre of San Teodoro you can find markets, restaurants, pizzerie, bars, tobacconist's, kiosks, Chemist's shop, disco, etc.
SPORT:
On the beach possibility of water sports. Tariff agreement with the Diving centre " karibù Diving e Travel"

*The Prices in the first table are to be considered per week per apartment, the ones in the second table are per apartment for the 10/11 fixed days
N.B: for stays "date fisse ( fixed dates)" the supplements are to be calculated considering the actual number of nights indicated on the price list.
Check in/out for the fixed dates: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./by 10 a.m.
Check-in/check-out: Saturday-Wednesday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./10 a.m. (min. 1 week).
Free Check-in/check-out: for all stays until 11/06 and after 10/09 ( min. 3 nights).
Supplements
MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas/final cleaning (compulsory over 2 years of age and entirely due for stays of less than a week): Euro 35 per person per week
Final Cleaning: kithcenette must be cleaned by guests or Euro 30 will be charged
Deposit (refundable): Euro 100 per apartment.
OPTIONAL SERVICES ON REQUEST
Bed or bathroom linen: Euro 7,5 per person per change.
Bikes rent: Euro 35 per week
Cradle (max 1 per apartment): Euro 35 per week (no suppl. for cot brought by the guests)
