THE BUILDING
The residence Stella Marina is a brand new complex situated at a short distance from the beautiful beach "La Cinta" on a flat ground, in a quiet position, near the lively town of San Teodoro. The complex is characterized by small groups of buildings housing few apartments, furnished in an excellent way and very well-finished.
Sea: 800 mt. - Centre: 400 mt. - Port/Airport: 27 Km (Olbia).

ACCOMODATIONS:
Very well furnished, with independent entrances they can be situated either on ground floor with garden or first floor with covered veranda (always equipped with table and chairs to have outdoor meals); they are all provided with Tv, washing machine, rooms woth low beds always and external showers.
2room ap. 4 beds (Bilo 4): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
3 room ap. 6 beds (Trilo 6): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, twin room, bathroom.

Car park. In the town centre of San Teodoro all kinds of facilities are to be found, such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerie, bars, ice cream parlours, kiosks, confectioneries, tobacconist's, boutiques, pharmacies, doctor, piano bar, discotheques, boat rental, etc.
SPORT:
In San Teodoro five-a-side football field, volleyball court, etc. On the beach possibility of practising windsurf, canoeing, etc.
