THE APARTMENTS
The town of San Teodoro consists mostly of recently built residential complexes, modernly designed in order to satisfy the tourist's needs. Nevertheless the different architectural style and the different position of the apartments do not allow a precise description of them. Therefore we have selected some apartments in these structures that can guarantee a comfortable holiday from all points of view. The apartments are situated either on ground or on first floor, sometimes with private parking space.
Sea: from 400 mt. to 1.500 mt. - Centre: from 100 mt. to 1.000 mt. - Port/Airport: 27 Km (Olbia).

APARTMENTS:
Furnished in a simple yet recent and functional way, provided with garden or patio if on ground floor or balcony if on first floor, always equipped with table and chairs to have outdoor meals.
APARTMENTS C:
Some situated close to the beach, all recently built, very well furnished and equipped with Tv and washing machine. They are situated either on ground floor with garden or on first floor with covered veranda, always equipped with table and chairs, provided with rooms with low beds and not bunk beds.
Bilo 4 - 2 room ap. 4 beds: situated on one or two floors, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Trilo 4 - 3 room ap. 4 beds: situated on one or two floors, living room with kitchenette, double room, room with two beds, sometimes bunk beds, bathroom.
Trilo 6 - 3 room ap. 6 beds: situated on one or two floors, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, room with two beds, sometimes bunk beds, bathroom.

FACILITIES:
In the town centre of San Teodoro all kinds of facilities are to be found.
SPORT:
On the beach possibility of practising various aquatic sports.

Small pets allowed with charge.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas/final cleaning (compulsory over 2 years of age and entirely due for stays of less than a week): Euro 35 per person per week
Final Cleaning (kithcenette must be cleaned by guests or Euro 30 will be charged): Included.
Deposit: Euro 100 per apartment.
