Newly-built, the resort is characterized by buildings on the ground floor with independent entrance, sloping down towards the sea, at about 1,5 km from Porto Ottiolu and 3 km from Budoni. Olbia harbour and airport at 40 km, Golfo Aranci harbour at 55 km.

Distance min. 300 max. 900 mt from the small gravel beach; beach umbrellas and deckchairs included in the Club Card (as long as they last).

ROOMS:
120 standard rooms and 3 suites (double room and living room with double sofa bed) all arranged on the ground floor, they've Sat Tv, telephone, air conditioned, fridge-bar, safe, bathroom with hair-dryer, veranda.
Available a few rooms for disabled people.

FACILITIES:
Very spacious air-conditioned restaurant with a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with meals served at the table. Bar, Tv room, meeting room, boutique, unattended outside car park.
SPORT:
2 equipped swimming pools, playground, lighted tennis court. With the payment of the Club Card ( compulsory over 4 years of age), entertainment with games, tournaments, evening shows, piano-bar, mini-club for 4/12 year children, pedalos, canoes, day use of the tennis court
