The pleasant complex is located on the edge of the beach Budoni. 1 km. from the center and the supermarket. Airport and port of Olbia 37 km. Port of Golfo Aranci 50 km. Surrounded by greenery, comprises of terraced houses clad in Sardinian stone, with 2 rooms apartments all on 1 level, and 3 and 4 rooms apartments arranged on two levels. The sandy beach is approx. at 150/200 mt. away, free of with bathing establishments ( extra charge), reachable through the pine forest.

The apartments are 30 well furnished with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, patio or garden or veranda.
2 rooms apartments with 2/3/4 (41 sqm approx.) Ground floor or 1st floor have a living room with single or double sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom.
3 rooms apartments with 6 beds (51 sqm approx.) On 2 floors: ground floor living room with sofa bed, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, 1st floor master bedroom, 2nd bathroom.
4 rooms apartments with 8 beds (65 sqm approx.) As the 3 rooms apartment, plus, on the 1st floor, also double room with sloping ceilings.

EQUIPMENT Reception, restaurant and beach bar (May-September); unguarded parking (1 parking space per apartment).
BE PAID ON THE SPOT c/o reception Office (about 2 km. away) cars, motorcycles and bicycles rent.
TO CONSIDER THAT there are, available to Guests in the common areas, barbecue, outdoor showers and sinks.

The Offer is reserved to 2 apartments 4 beds per week.

Reception: c/o Office 2 km away 09 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8pm.

Start and end stay: free, arrivals from 4 pm to 8 pm/ departures by 10. am

Arrivals after 8 pm to be communicated, after 10pm Mandatory surcharge € 20, for departures after 10 am € 35 (if available).

Parking Details: 1 parking space per apartment nearby.
Optional services payable on-site: baby-sitter. C/o Lido beach umbrellas, windsurfing and pedal boats rent.
Useful Distances: 100 mt. open bar. Nearby market and shops, approx 1 km.  away supermarket, pharmacy and medical service. Budoni offers for night cafes, pizzerias, pubs and discos. Mooring at 150 meters.

Additional costs to be paid locally:
Compulsory final cleaning € 50 A/B/C, € 55 D/E. Kitchen must be returned clean or additional charge of € 50.
Weekly fee required  € 27 per person for 3 years, including energy consumption.
Optional linen and towels € 20 per person per week, to signal to the reservation. Kitchen linen not available.
Cot: 0/3 years not available. Free if the customer's. to request during the reservation, never exceeding the maximum number of beds.
Extra bed: not available.
