APARTMENTS
The characteristic and ancient small localities that are situated near the beautiful beach of Budoni, in the cove of Porto Ainu, bordering with a small and luxuriant pine-wood, are characterized by old buildings in typical "gallurese" style and brand new constructions built with taste and elegance, equipped with Tv. All the apartments are in small complexes of maximum 4/6 living units each, situated on ground or first floor with spacious internal rooms and sometimes with private parking space, assuring a quiet and relaxing holiday.

APARTMENTS:
Well furnished with taste and in a functional way, they are equipped with Tv, rooms with low beds (never bunk beds), garden or patio if on ground floor, or balcony if on first floor, equipped with table and chairs to have outdoor meals.
BILO3 - 2 room ap. 3 beds: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
BILO4 - 2 room ap. 4 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
TRILO4 - 3 room ap. 4 beds: living room with kitchenette, double room, twin room, bathroom.
TRILO6 - 3 room ap. 6 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, twin room, bathroom.
QUADRI6 - 4 room ap. 6 beds: living room with kitchenette, double room, two twin rooms, bathroom.

FACILITIES:
Nearby all the main facilities are available. In addition, in Budoni, you can find restaurants, pizzerie, markets, bars, ice cream parlours, tobacconist's, discotheques, etc.
SPORT:
On the beach possibility of practising windsurf, canoeing, sailing, etc.

N.B: FOR STAYS "DATE FISSE ( FIXED DATES)" THE SUPPLEMENTS ARE TO BE CALCULATED CONSIDERING THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF NIGHTS INDICATED ON THE PRICE LIST.
Check in/out for the fixed dates: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./by 10 a.m.

Check-in/check-out: Saturday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./10 a.m. (min. 1 week).
FREE Check-in/check-out: for all stays until 13/06 and after 12/09.

Deposit: Euro 100 per apartment.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/ water/gas/end cleaning (compulsory over 2 years of age): Euro 35 per person per week (full charges even for stays of less than a week - for 1 week stays min. 3 quotes)
End Cleaning (guests must clean kithcenette or Euro 25 will be charged): Included.

OPTIONAL FACILITIES ON REQUEST
Bed or bath linen: Euro 7,50 per person per week
