160 rooms are located in Marina di Agrustos on the eastern coast of Sardinia, between Olbia and Calagonone, in a context of still wild and untouched nature, characterized by the unmistakable Mediterranean scrub, which surrounds a wide sandy beach and one of the best crystal sea of the coast.

The complex consists of residential houses, all located on ground floor with veranda. They consist of double rooms with possibility of third or fourth bed, bathroom, color Tv, telephone, safe, refrigerator and air conditioning; most rooms are equipped with entrance with bunk bed and bedroom with additional bed, bathroom.

SERVICES
The restaurant provides a buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner (water pitcher and wine included with meals).
We offer free: Amphitheater, bar, children's play area, swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds till exhausted, unguarded private parking, 2 tennis courts, beach volley, soccer, volleyball and ping-pong. The beach of fine sand is 300/600 m. away and can be reached directly without any pedestrian crossing.
For an additional fee: you can enjoy services such as Baby Sitting, bicycle and car rental, tours office, airport and port transfer service, floodlit tennis courts, diving courses and snorkelling. Organized tours with experienced guides for the most beautiful island in a boat by bus and jeeps
Optional excursions: Costa Smeralda: ½ day, St. Theodore and Cada Horse: ½ day; Calagonone and caves of the Bue Marino: ½ day.

SPORTS:
Club card: (0/6 years no charge) provides daytime and evening entertainament, with games, entertainment and evening shows at the amphitheater, Mini-club from 4 years. The use of equipment and sports facilities, group lessons. Beach service equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds until exhaustion.

Stays + Round Ferry transport during daytime (no seat/passenger cabin) to Olbia/Golfo Aranci and during the nighttime (with seat/no passanger cabin) to Porto Torres, with car up to 5 meters (Min. 2 paying adults) With the following ferry companies:
SNAV From/to Civitavecchia:
Civitavecchia/Olbia departs at 11 am and arrives at 6 pm - Olbia/Civitavecchia departs at 11 am and arrives at 6 pm;
TIRRENIA From/to Civitavecchia (with mandatory charge of 50 euro per family per room in all periods):
Civitavecchia/Olbia departs at 9 am arrives at 2 pm - Olbia/Civitavecchia departs at noon and arrives at 5 pm (Note from 30/07 to 31.08 Civitavecchia/Olbia departs at 08:30 am and arrives at 1:30 pm - Olbia/Civitavecchia departs at 2:30 pm and arrives at 7:30 pm).
TIRRENIA From/to Genova:
Genova/Porto Torres (the night before) departs at 8:30 pm arrives at 6:30 am -Porto Torres/Genova departs at 8:30 pm and arrives at 6:30 am (the next morning).
SARDINIA From/to Livorno:
Livorno/Golfo Aranci departs at 8:00 am and arrives at 2:30 pm - Golfo Aranci/Livorno departs at 3:30 pm arrives at 9:45 pm;
MOBY From/to Livorno (mandatory extra 30 euro per Family per rooms): Livorno/Olbia departs at 8:00 am and arrives at 1:55 pm - Olbia/Livorno departs at 3:30 pm and arrives at 9:25 pm.
