The complex is spread over a vast area where there are 8 different buildings that combine 152 apartments and 30 hotel rooms, as well as two swimming pools with children's area, an amphitheater and a large common green space. Recently built, it's situated near Cala Liberotto one among the finest area in the Gulf of Orosei, in a stretch of coast characterized by a continuous series of coves of white sand.

APARTMENTS:
The apartments are on ground floor with private garden or first floor with large balcony with table and chairs. In the Residence's basement garage  there are available, for a fee, parking spaces.
The apartments are made with good construction principles, well furnished and equipped with modern facilities, All are equipped with Tv, telephone, air conditioning (supplement payable locally), balcony or patio (equipped to  eat outside) or garden.

In the nearby town of Sos Alinos you can find the necessary services such as markets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, newspaper, church, clinic, tourist's emergency medical service.

Two separate swimming pools for exclusive use with children are, lighted tennis /football court/field (fee daytime and evening), table tennis, table football and various games. Nearby sports facilities. On the beach water sports in general. 1 km horse riding school.
Club Card (compulsory over 4 years from 05/06 to 11/09):
Tennis and swimming lessons, nightly entertainment (sometimes with folk groups), games, tournaments, music, also the management provides all customers upon their arrival with a welcome cocktail and a bottle of local wine and water in the apartment. Mini-Club for children 4/12 years with projections and equipped play area with slide, swings, etc..
