THE BUILDING
Situated in Cala Ginepro, a few steps from the sea in a beautiful natural environment, the complex is set in a particularly picturesque area, characterized by sandy coves alternating with luxuriant pine-woods. The structure consists of many buildings situated on different levels, where the rooms are to be found, internally structured on one or two floors, enclosing the central square, where the evening entertainment takes place. Its position from the sea, the architectural designs, the gardens and the internal squares make the complex particularly comfortable and ideal for any kind of guest.

ROOMS:
Situated in apartments, they are elegantly furnished, equipped with telephone,Tv, air conditioning, minibar (with charge), hairdryer, safe and bathroom. They are divided into:
Type A (1room ap.): consisting of one room with 2/3 beds or double bed, equipped with patio or balcony;
Type B (2room ap.): consisting of living room with 1/2 beds and double room equipped with patio or veranda;
Type De Luxe: (situated in the main building), furnished with luxury in typical Sardinian style, consisting of one room with 2/3 beds or double bed, balcony or veranda.

FACILITIES:
Large restaurant with air conditioning, bar-ice cream parlour, games area, Tv room, piano bar/discotheque (with charge), kiosk, laundry, large panoramic terraces, children's playground, air conditioning in all the communal rooms, boat or coach excursions and baby-sitting service with charge.
SPORT:
On the beach windsurf, beachvolley, sailing, etc. With charge all sports at night, nearby water-skiing and horse riding.
CLUB CARD (compulsory over 5 years of age):
Including beach equipped with beach umbrellas and deckchairs. Entertainment (from 06/06 to 19/09) with sport activities and organization of courses, shows and folklore evenings; swimming pool equipped with beach umbrellas and deckchairs, tennis, five-a-side football field, volleyball, ping-pong. Miniclub (from 06/06 to 19/09) for children 5/10 years of age (morning and afternoon) with qualified staff (at fixed hours), children's playground.

EARLY BOOKING for bookings confirmed within 30/04 min. a week in Full Board = Half Board (that can be combined with Family Plan and Special toghether and Minifamily)

Cradle: children 0/2 years old ( including meals on the day menu, only in type A) free.
Service Beach (1 umbrella and 2 deck-chairs): in 1° line E. 105 - in 2° line E. 70 per week.

Reductions in 1room ap. occupied by 3 persons:
- 30% children 0/6 years of age in 3rd bed - 20% children 6/14 years of age in 3rd bed
- 50% 2/6 years of age - 40% 6/10 years of age - 30% children 10/14 years of age - 20% adults in 3rd bed.
Reductions in 2room ap. occupied by 3 or 4 persons: 
No reduction for 3rd bed.
