L' HOTEL
Completely renovated, rises in a strategic position on the eastern coast, in the heart of some of the most beautiful and quiet bays of the Orosei Gulf, from 300 to 500 mt. from the beach of very thin white sand reachable on foot. The resort is divided in two separate buildings arranged on two levels, both completely dipped in the green of the enchanting gardens, at about 12 km from the town center of Orosei.

ROOMS:
Well-furnished in Sardinian style, they are equipped with safe, telephone, conditioned air, heating, Tv, refrigerator, bathroom with bath and hair-dryer, most with balcony or patio (sea side with supplement).
2 bedded standard room: with possibility of 3°/4th bed (foldaway single bed + single sofa).
2 bedded comfort room: with possibility of 3rd bed (single sofa bed).
2 bedded superior room: with possibility of 3rd bed (single sofa bed).
2/4 bedded family room: camera doppia comunicante ad un soggiorno con divano letto singolo più letto estraibile.
L’assegnazione delle camere è prevista dalle ore 15.00 del giorno d’arrivo.

FACILITIES:
Main restaurant Cala Ginepro with local and international dishes, 2 special dinners per week (breakfast with buffet, lunch and dinner served at the table), drinks excluded. Otherwise, with charge, à la carte restaurant and pizzeria Sa Mattanosa. The two restaurants, known for the refined cuisine and the faultless service, they're directly supervised by the owners. Snack-bar/ice-cream parlour, hall with bar, congress room, discotheque, playground, terrace with solarium, bazaars, tobacconists', kiosk, unattended car park, 2 "utility guests' room" with bathrooms and outside showers for leaving guests, room service (from 8.00 to 22.00). From 28/5 to 25/9 day and evening entertainment.
With charge: internet point, laundry service, baby sitter (on request), excursions, medical service and chemist's at 2 km, medical guard at 12 km.
SPORT:
With charge: private lessons for various sports, bikes and car rent (as long as they last) and, in the immediate vicinity (services which aren't managed by the hotel): riding school, rubber dinghies, water motorcycles rent and diving. All services are provided from 31/5 to 28/9.
CLUB CARD (compulsory from 28/5 to 24/9, over 4 years):
Use of beach umbrellas and deckchairs on beach, pedalos, windsurf, canoes, paddle, sail, beach volley, ping-pong, bowls, bowshot, collective swimming, gymnastics, courses, tournaments, games, competitions, mini-clubs for children over 4 years at scheduled times, swimming pool for grown-ups, swimming pool for children and iacuzzi, tennis collective courses, piano-bar, live music and dances at the hotel Club I Giardini di Cala Ginepro at 500 meters.
