It's a unique facility because it has been implemented faithfully restoring the old tuna factory that, since the birth of this town, has been it's heart and  symbol for decades, that is why the Residence is only a short distance from the sea, directly on the beach. The apartments are overlooking the sea or the rear garden. The distance from the water, for the apartments facing the sea is only 30 meters while for those on the garden side the distance can be from 50 to 80 meters. The beach that is located opposite the property is of clear sand mixed with small white pebbles. Not far away is the beach of Saline, 20 miles long, consisting of small pebbles of white quartzite. Just beside the Residence you can find the Villaggio Le Tonnare.

APARTMENTS
Those facing the sea have a veranda with stunning sea views while those placed on the garden side that have both veranda and a large garden. All are fitted with new furniture and all have Tv, veranda with covered patio with tables and seats.

In the nearby beach of Saline all water activities are practiced: windsurfing, hobbycat, catamaran sailing, jet skiing, boat hire. About 5km away there is a scuba diving center that organizes divings in the beautiful waters of the Marine Park, a national park of outstanding beauty with its pristine nature, with its wild horses,  white donkeys, and other protected species of fauna and flora.

N.B: for stays "date fisse ( fixed dates)" the supplements are to be calculated considering the actual number of nights indicated on the price list.

Check in/out for the fixed dates: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./by 10 a.m.
Check-in/check-out: Saturday-Wednesday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./10 a.m. (min. 1 week).
Free Check-in/check-out: for all stays until 11/06 and after 10/09 ( min. 3 nights)

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas, assistance on site and final cleaning : € 35 per person per week. (compulsory over 3 years of age and entirely due for stays of less than a week)
Final Cleaning: (kithcenette must be cleaned by guests or euro 35 will be charged) 
Late Arrivals ( if notified): Extra charge of Euro 20 ( If the arrival is not notified the guest will be welcomed the following day).
Deposit: Euro 150 per apartment
