THE BUILDING
Costa Paradiso is immersed in a natural park of 800 hectares. The cost is composed by rocks, small sand bays, like the wonderful beach "Li Cossi" and coves. The apartments stand in this beautiful scenary. Car is strongly suggested.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Furnished with taste in a functional way they are spacious and equipped with Tv plug. Sometimes with indipendent entrance they can be arranged on the ground or first floor.

APARTMENTS BY THE SEA

Composed by terraced apartments in new built multifamily complexes they are maximum 800 m. far from the sea, nearby the shopping centre.
Type M2 - 1 room ap. 2 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom, terrace.
Type B4 - 2 room ap. 4 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom, terrace.
Type T6 - 2-bedroom apartment for 6 persons: as above with extra bedroom (bunk beds).

RESIDENCE PARADISO

Recently built the Residence is 1200 m. from the sea. It has a round shape with a wonderful sea view and the apartments are arranged on different levels all with low beds. In the nearby shopping centre and swimming pool (for guests of Residence Paradiso only).
Type B4 - 2 room ap. 4 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom,terrace.
Type T6 - 2-bedroom apartment for 6 persons: as above with extra bedroom (bunk beds).

Services & Facilities

FACILITIES:
In the two shopping centre you can find supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, ice-cream parlour, restuarants, bars, kioskos, butcher's shops. Inside the "Sporting Club", at 500/1.500 mt from the apartments, (Club Card needed), bars, club house, children's playground, video games, music, theatre, discotheque, tv. Car rental, scooter rental, bikes, sun umbrellas and deckchairs available with charge. The modern diving centre offers guided excursions, night immersions, photos, and so on.
CLUB CARD (compulsory from 25/05 to 20/09):
Including transfer at a fixed hours, boat rental, welcome drink, entertainement, shows, games, miniclub for children 3/12 years old and juniorclub for young people 12/18 years old.
SPORT:
Inside the "Sporting Club": 4 tennis courts, two swimming-pools, one for children, beach-volley court, bowls, tennis/swim/canoa courses.
With charge: private tennis courses, tennis and five-side football courts.

Vicini tra loro ed in posizione panoramica, distano 800/1000 mt dalla scogliera e 400/700 mt dal centro commerciale. Gli appartamenti a schiera, godono per la maggior parte di vista mare; altri con le medesime caratteristiche, sono ubicati nelle immediate vicinanze.
