The complex is characterized by charming villas located in the green, functional and furnished in the style of each owner.

The beach: 400 meters from the 12 km long sandy beach.

All have: safe, bathroom with shower, covered outdoor area with additional shower and garden furniture, barbecue (not equipped), patio on ground floor or veranda overlooking the sea if on the first floor.

Two-room apartment 3 +1 beds: (30/35 sqm + 10 porch or patio), living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people or a double bed, double bedroom. (ideal for 3 people).

Three-room apartment 5 +1 beds: (40/45 sqm +12 porch or patio), living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people or a double bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds (ideal for 5 people).

FACILITIES Reception, parking.

SERVICES INCLUDED: Each apartment comes with 1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

TO BE PAID ON SITE: TV + decoder.

Allowed of small size if requested during the reservation

Beginning and end of stay: Saturday/Saturday, arrivals from 17.00/20.00, departures by 10.00; week 13-19/8 has to be booked along with the previous or next.

COMPULSORY SUPPLEMENTS (payable locally)

Final cleaning: € 50.00 (excluding kitchen to be returned clean or additional charge of € 30.00)

Weekly fee: € 50.00 per apartment, including energy consumption.

Bed linen and towels: € 20.00 per person per change.

Cot 0/3 years: € 25.00 per week (free if the customer's).
