Hotel Sant'Elmo Beach ★★★★ - Costa Rei - Sardinia

Situated in a wide area of ​​typical Mediterranean vegetation which extends down to the beach. Centre of Villasimius 14 km, Costa Rei 4 km, Cagliari Airport 68 km. port of Cagliari 70 km.

Comfortable, elegant and beautifully situated, the hotel in typical Mediterranean style, consists of a central body with all the main facilities and some rooms and all around, terraced houses, surrounded by greenery.

THE BEACH 350/400 mt. away, Sandy, private, only a few minutes with an easy, flat dirt road or a free shuttle at fixed hours, umbrellas and beach towels included.

175 and are all equipped with bathroom with shower (Jacuzzi junior suites), hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, minibar, telephone, safe, all fully furnished with patio gardens (except the junior suites). They are divided by type into:

Cottage Classic 2/3 beds: semi-detached houses
       
 Family 3/4 beds: near the main building with 3 rd/4 th bed up to 12 years in the loft.
      
Communicating: 2 adjoining cottages classic (4 people) or a cottage classic communicating with a family (4 adults + 2 children up to 12 years).     

Junior suites 2/4 beds: on the first floor of the main building above the "Piazzetta" with common terrace, double bedroom and separate living room (possible 3rd/4th  place on the sofa bed), Jacuzzi.

CATERING: the hotel has three different culinary options: the central Restaurants of "sant'Elmo" and "La Rotonda" with breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, alternatively, by appointment, and not part of the board so to be paid (included in the price for customers in a junior suite) the panoramic restaurant overlooking the sea "Belvedere" with table service or a la carte specialties. For the Hotel's small guests, c/o restaurant Elmo, "Dolphin", an area reserved for them with a dedicated menu. "Bar Le Kentie" and the "Beach Bar" (fee) available for a quick snack or a light lunch.
Available, on request, of gluten-free cooking.

FACILITIES: Reception, conference center, bazaar, boutique, TV room, playground, internet point (fee) and unattended parking.

SPORT AND ENTERTAINMENT: swimming pool with sun terrace, 2 tennis courts, 1 football and 1 multi-purpose basketball/volleyball court (with artificial grass and illuminated). From 05/6 to 10/9: tennis, swimming, water aerobics and aerobics lessons, soccer tournaments, bocce, volleyball, ping-pong and basketball. Piano bar with live music, evenings with games and shows. Baby Birba 4/11 years, junior club 11/14 years and Explora Club 14/18 years, all at fixed times.
Fee: use and individual lessons, sports equipment and sports provided. Bike rental, scooter, windsurfing, canoes, pedal boats, banana boats, mono skis, boats and rafts. Diving, water skiing.

For children from 05/ 6 to 10/9 Baby birba's club 4/11 years, junior club 11/14 years and Explora Club 14/18 years: programs, sports, activities and entertainment specifically dedicated to the different age groups.

Not Allowed

Beginning and end of stay: free, minimum 3 nights until 30/7 and from 28/8 and a minimum of 7 nights in the remaining periods, arrivals from 17.00, departure before 10.00.

Full Board c/o St. Elmo restaurant: valid only for stays of min. 7 nights.

EXTRA CHARGES (per night and to be paid to the agency)

Double used as single: supplement of € 25.00 until 25/6 and from 04/9, € 35.00 from 26/6 to the 30/7 and from the 28/8 to the 03/9, € 70.00 from the 31/7 to the 28/8.

Children 0 / 2 years: cot on request, conditions in the table (no charge if in a junior suite), never exceeding the number of beds and only in place of the 3rd bed in the cottage.

Classic Cottages: 4th bed not available.

Family: minimum occupancy 2 adults + 1 child 0/12 years, 3rd/4th bed possible only up to 12 years.
