The Resort is located on the outskirts of Baia Sardinia, one of the most coveted resort of the Island, renowned for its proximity to the center of social life on the Emerald Coast as well as for its numerous coves and beaches. Its distinguishing architectural style highlights low buildings, surrounded by greenery and colorful bougainvillea, oleander and broom,  where the fine rooms are distributed,  alongside the valuable services that are in the main building.The Park Hotel Resort is located directly on the sea, inside the "Golfo degli ulivi", in perfect harmony with a park of 14 hectares of Mediterranean scrub bordering charming coves of fine sand, in a context that gives the hotel and its guests a pleasant feeling of calm and relaxation. Umbrellas and sun beds for guests distributed throughout different coves of sand, the lawns areas and swimming pool's solarium.

Most rooms have small equipped porch or balcony, All with mini-bar, air conditioning, 32 Lcd Tv, safe, telephone, bathroom with hairdryer.
Are divided into:
Standard: rooms with garden or pool view, are elegantly furnished and equipped, and are placed on the ground floor or first floor with independent entrance, equipped with two single beds or one double bed plus sofa bed in 3rd bed. Possible 4th bed (bunk). Also cradle in place of 3 or 4 bed.
Sea View: Like Standard but with sea view.
Family Room (minimum occupancy 4 people): Equipped with only one entrance and shared bathroom, consist of two bedrooms, one with double bed and one twin/double bed. Also possibility of 5th bed or cot. Also available with sea view (supplement).

Bed and breakfast, half board (breakfast and dinner) or full board, excluding drinks, enriched by a refined Mediterranean cuisine and seafood specialties and by the traditional flavors of the Island. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with table service, buffet of appetizers, side dishes and desserts. During the week, theme evenings are organized with delicious menu of land or sea.
SERVICES
Reception 24/7, lobby, private unattended parking, restaurant with panoramic sea views, beautiful bar near the beach with a veranda overlooking the sea, American bar by the pool, solarium, boutique-bazaar with newspapers and tobacco, an area with Tv (possibility to attend the World Cup) area equipped with games for children, laundry, baby sitting (on request). Beauty and wellness center (open from 13/06 to 06/09) with a wide range of oriental massages, relaxing, with essential oils, cosmetics and much more. (Payable locally).
Included welcome drink, the piano bar every night, use of umbrellas and sun beds scattered along the various coves of sand, lawn areas and at the swimming pool's solarium. In addition, daytime use tennis courts (by reservation), table tennis and "Kids Club" (from 13/06 to 06/09) with staff responsible for the care of children 4/8 years at preestablished timetables.
For a fee: boat, bus and cross-country vehicle guided trips, (no stops allowed), small boats (max 5 m), cars and scooters rental.

Sea water Swimming pool for adults and children, large solarium with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds, lighted tennis and sports courts, table tennis. Availability of canoes on the beach.

Single + 2 Children: 1 + 2 = 2 (1 adult + 2 children 0/12 years - in the same room - pay 2 full rates)
