The apartments are newly built, surrounded by gardens with manicured lawns. They can be on ground floor with veranda and garden or first floor with furnished balcony, comfortably furnished, are all equipped with veranda, television, private parking and microwave.

Bilo 4 - 2 rooms Apartment with 4 bed places: living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom.

Trilo 4 -3 rooms Apartment with 4 bed places: Living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom.

T6 - 3 rooms Apartment with 6 bed places: Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom.

Services & Sport:  In the town of San Teodoro you can find all the necessary facilities such as markets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacconists, news paper stands, discos, boutiques, medical, pharmacy, ect. Possibility to rent a car, scooter, a tourists can also practice several sports including soccer, tennis, horseback riding and beach sports.

Comfort Card (compulsory from 04/06 all'10/09) includes: "Set Sea" provided for each apartment for the entire stay (1 umbrella, 2 spiaggine, 4 beach towels), "Welcome Breakfast" (the package includes: jam, chocolate, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, biscuits, cookies), "courtesy kit".

Small pets allowed, except for on the beach and common areas.

Check-in/check-out: Saturday/Tuesday from 5 pm - by 10 am.

Mandatory extra charges ( to be paid on site):

Weekly fee: Adults € 37,00 per person; 0/3 years free, 3/12 years € 20,00. Prices include electricity, water, gas.

Final Cleaning: Bilo € 50.00 per apartment; Trilo 4/6 € 70.00 per apartment. Kitchen must be cleaned by the customer, otherwise there will be an extra charge of €. 50.00.

Confort card: from 04/06 to 11/09: Adults € 15.00 per person per week, children from 6/11 years € 10.00 per week.

Deposit: € 200 refundable at departure after checking the status of the apartment. If the departure doesn't match with the working hours of the reception, the deposit will be returned by return mail to the address made available.

Optional charges (if requested when booking):

Linen change: hire on site, bed and bathroom € 15,00 per person per change.

Daily cleaning: Bilo4/Trilo4 € 15,00; Trilo6 € 18,00

Cradle/extra bed (/7°): € 30.00 per week A/B/C/D/E, € 50.00 other periods.

Transfer: APT/ Port Olbia € 30.00 per pax (min. 2 persons). From h. 22:00 to 6:00 suppl. 20%. Suppl. G. Aranci port € 6.00 the prices are per person each way.

Pets: Small pets are allowed, except for beach and common areas, € 30.00 for additional cleaning.
