Check in: allowed on Saturday and Tuesday from 5 pm to 8 pm (mandatory prior notification for arrivals after the already mentioned check-in or a fine of 50 € will be applied)

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS (to be paid on site):

Weekly fee: € 35 per person; 0/3 years free, 3/12 years € 20. Prices include electricity, water, gas.

Final cleaning: Mono € 40, Trilo 4 € 50, Trilo 6 € 60. Kitchenette must be left clean, otherwise extra €. 50 will be charged.

Deposit: € 200 refundable at departure after a check of the apartment. In case of departure outside of office hours, the deposit will be returned by return mail to the customer's home.


OPTIONAL SERVICES (to be requested when booking and paid on site):

Portable air conditioner: on request € 100.00 per week.

swimming pool Card: € 25 per person per week including chairs and white towel

Daily cleaning: € 10 Mono; Bilo4 € 15, € 18 trilo 6.

Sheets and  towels: € 15 per person, per change.
