Residence Sa Playa - Budoni - Sardinia

Residence Sa Playa is a modern apartment complex in Budoni, famous seaside resort only thirty kilometers from the city of Olbia. Not far from the town center and close to a wide white sandy beach, the complex consists of apartments of different types, designed to meet the different needs of guests.

All apartments have a porch, patio or garden, and are available in two types:
Bilo 2/3 beds: living room with kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed, bathroom and garden on the ground floor, one bedroom and balcony upstairs.
Bilo 4 beds: consisting of living/kitchen, dining area, sofa bed or double bed, bathroom and veranda on the ground floor, one bedroom and balcony on first floor.
The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for cooking.

Available for everyone barbecue, table tennis, launderette, a bar with outside tables, and a restaurant on the beach. Are also organized excursions by boat or by bus to the beautiful places in Sardinia. bikes rental and, for families with children also available a service of baby sitting for a fee. Just a short walk from the town of Budoni, where you can find restaurants, bars, banks, food shops, handicrafts, etc.

ADDITIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE PER PERSON (compulsory over 2 years):
Weekly charge: € 30.00 includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen.
REQUIRED PER APARTMENT:
Final cleaning: € 50.00 (excluding kitchen and dishes - a penalty of € 26 for not cleaning)
Deposit: € 100.00 refundable at end of stay if no damage is caused.
OPTIONAL:
Bath Linen: € 8.00 per person per week.
Beach service: 1 beach umbrella + 2 sun beds in the residence's beach € 80.00 per week.
Crib: on request € 25.00 per week on site. free if brought by the client.
Pets: small pets allowed.
Parking: free unguarded in front of the residence.

The residence is located next to a lush pine forest, just 70 meters from the beach of fine white sand where you can laze quietly or play sports on hot summer days. The beach offers the possibility to rent beach umbrellas, deckchairs and windsurfing. It also available a bicycle hire service, with wich you can easily access the town or the nearby countryside, where you can visit interesting archaeological sites, or simply get lost in the rough and wild landscapes of this fascinating land.
