The Residences Longosardo are elegant apartments located in the historic center of Santa Teresa di Gallura, near the center and the famous beach of Rena Bianca. The apartments are made ​​from old building, completely renovated according to modern conceptions and qualified building, maintaining, however, the typical and ancient seafaring style and finished in granite and wrought iron balconies. The buildings group only a few apartments, usually arranged on a mezzanine floor or first floor always well furnished, equipped and decorated, are well suited for a more demanding clientele.

All recently renovated, are well furnished and equipped, all with TV,have rooms with low beds (not bunk beds); fine furnishings and the particular attention paid to the finishes and services in general.

Bilo - Two rooms Apartment with 4 bed places: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

Trilo - Three rooms Apartment with 6 bed places: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom.

In the town's center, there are many different services such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, newsstands, tobacco shops, pharmacies, medical, piano bars, discos, boat rental, etc.. On The beaches you can practice all water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, etc..

Night arrivals: all arrivals outside opening hours, though forewarned, will have a supplement of € 20.00. If not alerted entry allowed only the following day.

Arrival/departure: Saturday and Wednesday '(minimum 7 nights) hours 17:00 to 20:00 / 10:00 - free stay (minimum 3 nights) for stays of up to 16/06 and after 08/09

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS (to be paid on site):

Additional charges (compulsory over 2 years and entirely due for stays for less than a week.): € 35 per person per week  for the consumption (electricity/water/gas), TV and final cleaning. The cleaning of the kitchen, dishes etc at the expense of the customer, otherwise will be charged € 25.

Deposit: € 100 per apartment.

OPTIONAL SERVICES (request when booking):

Bed linen or towels: € 7.5 to person and for each subsequent change;

Pets: € 49;

Extra Bed: surcharge 10%;

Cot: € 35 (for cot brought by the customer no extra charge - max 1 per apartment);

The Residence has arrangements with the farm "The Malchisana" and "Boats of Gallura" with the possibility of typical Sardinian dinner and boat trips in the beautiful surroundings of Santa Teresa, for the first two people per booking and unrepeatable 25.00 euros per person (price for dinner or for a trip, to be booked on arrival on site).
